Chinese giant Xiaomi officially confirmed on Twitter, yesterday (30), the existence of the Xiaomi Mi 9T. And that it will be released soon. The GizChina website says the model is the global version of the Redmi K20. Just as the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is the global version of the Redmi K20 Pro.
Initially, the two global models will be launched in markets such as Russia and Poland. They feature a 6.39-inch screen with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. Both have digital screen reader.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T and 9T Pro come equipped with a Sony 48MP wide-angle camera on the back, plus a super-wide 13MP sensor. The battery of smartphones is 4000mAh.

The Pro model comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 flagship platform , while the Redmi K20, and probably its global counterpart, has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730. Another difference is that the Pro model includes 27W fast load, while the standard version uses a fast charge of 18W.
The Pro version also features a Sony 586 sensor on the camera.
Game Turbo 2.0
The Redmi K20 series introduced Game Turbo 2.0 technology. According to Lu Weibing, vice president of the Xiaomi Group and general manager of the Redmi brand, Game Turbo 2.0 not only increases the number of the frame, but also improves the touch response.
The OT in the global model name may come from this Turbo feature, but Xiaomi only encouraged speculation without further explanation.
