Users of the iPad Pro, with 2017 and 2018 models, have started appearing on the internet to complain about issues that have recently come up with their tablets. According to several accounts, the handsets begin to present touch points of the screen, shake screens and keyboards that do not work right.
Several users have been to Apple’s support forums , as well as the MacRumors site, to complain about problems with the screen of their iPads Pro. Coming to models released in 2017 and 2018, the problems are usually related to onscreen shake. As well as dots which do not respond to users’ touches. In a video posted by one of these people, you can see that the keyboard area does not respond very well, leaving some keys unresponsive, even when they receive the command correctly.
The user comments that leaving the tablet in landscape mode, the keyboard responds correctly. Other reports indicate that after upgrading to iOS 11.3, problems began to appear and have so far not been resolved. If it is just a software problem, Apple can solve with an update that deals with the subject. For now, the company did not comment on the problem.
