A rumor spread by the Android Police publication indicates that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 may abandon the headphone jack (also known as P2 or 3.5mm input). The device should also be launched without physical buttons. This will give preference to areas of the device with touch sensitivity to configure the volume, for example.
Rumors will only be confirmed with the official launch of the device. And that is scheduled for next August.
According to the information gathered, there will be two versions of the Galaxy Note 10 in different sizes and probably specifications as well. It’s hard to know why Samsung would be giving up on the headset jack on the device. As newer high-end smartphones still use this feature.
Another question is also whether it is a good idea to remove physical buttons, since HTC did this with the U12 + and the reception was not so good. Rumors will only be confirmed with the official launch of the device, which is scheduled for next August.
