Thinking of offering more and more features to users, Google has announced that G Suite services (especially Gmail, Calendar and Drive) will soon gain a help button on the network. The idea is that everyone has quick access to help texts and support content. As well as faster contact with the company.
“We’ve created and maintained a number of features that can help users be more productive in G Suite. By making these features easier to see, we hope customers can find answers to your questions, find workflows, and see new options and enhancements to expand ways to use these products, “the company said.

As you can see in the image above, the services will receive a “?” Button, which, when clicked, will present four options: “Help”, which offers relevant links in the Help Center; “Training”, with access to the Learning Center; “Updates”, with information about recent updates; and “Send feedback”, which gives the user the possibility to send their opinion about the service.
It is worth mentioning that the options will also be added to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides at some point as part of the already existing help menu. All features will be available to users in the coming weeks.
