For some time now, Microsoft has mentioned Project xCloud. It’s a service for streaming games from the company consoles to mobile devices. So far nothing has been said about the price of this access. But the company founded by Bill Gates was anticipated to inform that the owners of Xbox One will have access to something of the sort without paying for it.
Speaking to the TechCrunch site during E3 2019, some company representatives mentioned that this service will be delivered free of charge to consumers for not being part of Project xCloud. The intention of the company of Bill Gates is to do this through a software update. This allows to send the information of the game direct to another Xbox One.

So far, Microsoft has not commented on how the service will perform. It has also not compared how it behaves in relation to Project xCloud. (Incidentally, there are reports on the net saying that it is capable of running Halo 5: Guardians practically without delay).
